Jocelyne Hamel is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Executive Coach (CEC), and a Certified Senior Practitioner in Systemic Team Coaching©. She is passionate about helping leaders, teams, organizations, and coaches learn and grow to get results. As a trusted thinking partner, Jocelyne brings fresh approaches to her work that enable others to reframe perspectives and opportunities. Jocelyne’s presence is warm, insightful, and fearless – she will work with you to challenge assumptions and help you stretch to your potential. She brings systemic thinking, intercultural awareness, and a wealth of experience to help generate your desired change through learning, self-reflection, and experimentation.
Jocelyne has over 30 years of non-profit leadership experience, and connects to the leaders she coaches at a deep level of knowing that serves them well in their work with her. She is also an experienced facilitator of organizational and community development processes, which has provided her with a solid foundation for her leap into team coaching. Jocelyne is naturally curious and is an avid learner, and as such, is constantly adding skills, tools and techniques to her toolkit.

Jocelyne provides one-to-one leadership coaching and team coaching, and integrates coaching and a coach approach into customized training. This is no cookie-cutter approach – Jocelyne will begin her work with you, your team, and your organization with inquiry, deep listening, and discovery. She will respond to your needs with a tailored approach, whether it is leadership coaching, team coaching, a customized training package, or organizational facilitation. Jocelyne’s credentials
Jocelyne is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with International Coach Federation and Certified Executive Coach (CEC) from Royal Roads University. She is an accomplished team coach and is a Certified Senior Practitioner in Systemic Team Coaching© (Global Team Coaching Institute), and has Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) with International Coach Federation, as well as Individual Team Coaching Accreditation Practitioner (ITCA – EMCC Global).
She also has certification in Coaching Supervision and Systemic Coaching Supervision in service of supporting coaches and team coaches.
Other credentials include a MA, Leadership and Training (Royal Roads University), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Simon Fraser University). She is also certified to administer the SDI 2.0 (Strength Deployment Inventory), the EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360 instruments (Emotional Intelligence), DISC Personality Assessment, and MyWorldView.
