Leadership & Executive Coaching

Solutions to accelerate and sustain your leadership success

Are you or your organization’s leaders stuck? Do you or other leaders in your organization need a thinking partner to help you check assumptions, test out ideas or strategies, and learn different mindsets?

Here’s how I can help:

When you work one-on-one with me, I will create a confidential space for you to pause, explore, and reflect upon the issues you are grappling with. As an experienced Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Executive Coach, I draw on proven methodology to provide the structure you need to gain insights and make breakthroughs with the topics you bring. I will support you in identifying goals and objectives for your learning, and an accountability framework to strengthen your ability to carry through on your desired outcomes. I have many well-established tools and strategies that enable me to find the best approach to suit your individual needs.

What you bring to our coaching conversations are issues and challenges – solving them is essential to your leadership success. These may broadly include:

  • Creating awareness of and strategies for improving organizational relationships, structures, and systemic patterns.
  • Exploring career goals, transitions, stretching from established patterns, and getting comfortable with taking risks.
  • Improving engagement, commitment, and strategic alignment.
  • Identifying strategies for more effective communication and conflict management.
  • Managing your energy and priorities.
  • Reframing limiting beliefs that get in your way.
  • Discovering other personal leadership or organizational topics that are keeping you stuck and preventing you from achieving your goals.

Systemic Team Coaching

Solutions to strengthen mutual trust, shared vision, and strong teamwork

Are you feeling like your team is getting nowhere because team members are mired in conflict and mission drift? Is your team focused on competition rather than shared goals and getting the work done? Or perhaps the team appears to be aligned with decisions, but at the end of the day, no one is accountable and nothing gets done? Could it be that you, as a leader, need to gain more skills to build trust and motivate your team?

Here’s how I can help:

As a Certified Senior Practitioner in Systemic Teach Coaching©, I can provide team coaching interventions that comprehensively address your team’s challenges. I will partner with the team to co-create a learning environment where the team can explore how to better connect internally (as a team) and with the team’s key eco-system partners (stakeholders), all in service of strengthening the team’s ability to fulfill its purpose and shared goals. I help teams understand the systemic context in which they work and facilitate team coaching conversations that explore who the team is serving, clarify expectations, roles, and agreed norms of behaviour. I support the team in discovering unproductive patterns and help them to develop strategies to shift team culture. I also provide process support for leaders who want to work more effectively with their teams.

With extensive training and experience in leadership, adult education, and facilitation, I tailor processes, programs and workshops that work for you and your organization.

Coaching Supervision for Coaches & Team Coaches

An invitation to invest in your professional growth, enhance your coaching practice, and ensure the well-being of yourself and your clients

Coaching supervision is a collaborative, reflective process that aims to foster continuous professional development for coaches. In supervision, coaches can reflect on their work and explore interventions, relationships, biases, blind spots, ethical issues, and challenges. It is also about taking a systemic view and supporting coaches to explore other influences that may be surfacing in their coaching relationships with clients.

Here’s how I can help:

The emphasis in coaching supervision will be working with you to create a psychologically safe space that allows you to reflect and learn from your coaching experiences in normative, restorative, or formative ways.

  • Normative (Qualitative): exploring ethical considerations and professional standards
  • Formative (Developmental): exploring skills and approaches; understanding the coach-coaches dynamics; reflecting on coach’s approach, underlying beliefs and assumptions; and thinking about the systemic context.
  • Restorative (Supportive): attending to the emotional processes that affect the coach and promoting personal well-being.

What to Expect in Coaching Supervision

  • Supervision can be delivered in one-to-one sessions or in group settings
  • Coaches can bring any aspect of their coaching practice to supervision, including client engagements, ethical dilemmas, challenging cases, or personal reactions to coaching clients or their environment
  • Supervisors offer guidance, support and feedback to help coaches develop their skills, address challenges, and enhance their professional practice
  • Increased self-awareness – exploring beliefs, values, and biases that may impact their coaching work
