Are you feeling like your team is getting nowhere because team members are mired in conflict and mission drift? Is your team focused on competition rather than shared goals and getting the work done? Or perhaps the team appears to be aligned with decisions, but at the end of the day, no one is accountable and nothing gets done? Could it be that you, as a leader, need to gain more skills to build trust and motivate your team?
Here’s how I can help:
As a Certified Team Coach Practitioner (Global Team Coaching Institute) and Individual Team Coaching Accredited Practitioner (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), I provide tailored Systemic Team Coaching interventions that comprehensively address your team’s challenges. As your team coach, I will partner with the team to co-create a learning environment where the team can explore how better to connect internally (as a team) and with their identified stakeholders, all in service of strengthening the team’s ability to fulfill its purpose and shared goals. I help teams understand the systemic context in which they work and facilitate team coaching conversations that explore who the team is serving, clarify expectations, roles, and agreed norms of behaviour. I support the team in discovering unproductive patterns and help them to develop strategies to shift team culture. I also provide process support for leaders who want to work more effectively with their teams.
Like individual leaders and teams, organizations as a whole also need to grow and develop to meet the ever-changing and unpredictable world in which we live, work and play. Do you need help to strengthen your organization or engage in strategic planning and goal setting? Or perhaps you are looking at education and development as strategies for retention and succession planning? With extensive training and experience in leadership, adult education, and facilitation, I tailor processes, programs and workshops that work for you and your organization.
If you would like to leverage the talent in your organization, consider group coaching for your leaders and /or emerging leaders, or the workshop series that incorporate coaching and assessments. Training that includes coaching has been proven to be effective in content retention and behavioural change of participants. These workshop series are designed in consultation with you to meet your organization’s needs.

Core Strengths Relationships Intelligence (RQ) and the Strengths Deployment Inventory 2.0 (SDI 2.0)
As a licensed and certified Core Strengths RQ and SDI 2.0 systems practitioner, I can support your teams to discover personal and collective core strengths, underlying motivational value systems, and how to manage overdone strengths and conflict styles to build a culture of resilient relationships that are responsive to challenges and opportunities.
If organizations are going to work better, people have to learn to prevent conflict, or at least manage it. Core Strengths defines Relationship Intelligence (RQ) as insight to adjust your approach to make interactions more effective. Using the SDI 2.0 to assess individual motivational value systems, the approach introduces teams to more effective options for dealing with the most challenging situations and people. Team members will have access to their personal results through an online platform and I will facilitate learning discussions that enable the team to understand and use the tool to develop greater RQ, help them identify and apply the right approaches and co-create better ways of working together. The team will also have an opportunity map the team’s collective strengths and how this can be leveraged to reach your team’s and organizational goals.
Leadership starts from within, and being aware of how your emotions impact yourself and others is the first step to being an emotionally intelligent leader. Leaders with high EQ (Emotional Quotient) can better manage relationships, especially in times of crisis or stress, and can inspire and connect with others.
The Emotional Quotient-Inventory 2.0 (EQ-i 2.0) assessment measures an individual’s emotional intelligence (EI). This is an easy-to-use, online tool that provides you with an assessment of 15 EI competencies, and how you rank based on normative data. I will provide you with custom reports and coaching to support you in understanding your results. The report measures five distinct aspects of emotional and social functioning, along with corresponding subscales (15 competencies), and make connections between subscales and areas to leverage EI strengths and improve EI weaknesses.
In addition to supporting you on an individual level, I can tailor workshops – such as Leading with Emotional Intelligence – specifically to your organization’s and your team’s needs. Learning about EI competencies and behaviours will support your efforts to shift organizational culture and provide a common language for your team to grow together.
I am certified to deliver and debrief the EQ 360, which is a multi-rater assessment. Like the EQ-i 2.0, the EQ 360 measures 15 competencies. Along with your self-report, the results are combined with the perceptions of people who know you well, resulting in a 360 degree assessment. I will provide you with debriefing, coaching, and support in creating an action plan to work on building on your strengths and shoring up your weaknesses.
Narrative 360 is a powerful assessment tool that employs a more personal, tailored approach to learning about a leader’s strengths and growth needs. With narrative 360s, I work closely with the leader to develop questions that are most suitable to their learning needs. Together we focus on appreciative questions that identify strengths and determine what “best” means to that leader. As well, we explore solution-focused questions to identify specific desired behaviours. I also work closely with the leader to identify a cross section of employees, colleagues, and stakeholders to interview and obtain feedback. This process provides a detailed analysis that results in rich, real-time, contextual feedback that helps the leader focus on behaviours and competencies most critical to performance in the leader’s role in the organization.
