“As someone new to supervision, I wasn’t sure what to expect – but working with Jocelyne has been enlightening. She creates a safe, reflective space and brings a unique strength in both imagery and somatic work that helped me access deeper insights and growth.
Jocelyne’s intuitive, embodied approach has expanded how I think about my coaching and deepened my self-awareness. Each session left me feeling more grounded, resourced, and aligned in my practice – a gift that continued to unfold long after our time together. I am so grateful to her. I highly recommend Jocelyne to any coach seeking a thoughtful and creative coaching supervisor.”

“Working with Jocelyne as my supervisor, she allowed me to explore the depth of my coaching work. She brings a warmth and wealth of experience. Fenneke Tjallingii-Broken, Leadership & Team Coach (Canada), June 2025
“Jocelyne has been a nonprofit executive herself, which makes her a coach with both hard skills (e.g., “maybe it is time to delegate that project”) and soft skills (e.g., “you sound more energized when you talk about that responsibility…”). She has a genuinely welcoming vibe, balances listening with timely nudges, and brings just enough structure to make sure each session has clear reflection, learning, and next steps. I would recommend Jocelyne to other senior nonprofit leaders who have a challenge or question that would benefit from accompaniment and intentional space to reflect. She is a good guide who can move with you through stuck behavior patterns and thoughtfully provoke some new ways of working.”
James Nardella, President and Chief Operating Officer, Last Mile Health, (Global – Africa/USA), May 2025

“Jocelyne’s individualized approach to personal and professional development delivers concrete results for clients. As my coach supervisor, Jocelyne facilitated a deeper understanding of my own motivations and purpose as an executive coach and helped me navigate translating these insights into changes in mindset and practice. I recommend Jocelyne to anyone who is interested in challenging themselves to find new levels of understanding and performance in a supportive, caring environment.”
Danielle Hauaniemi, Executive Coach, Cornell University (USA), May 2025
“I had a 45-minute supervision session with Jocelyne, and honestly, it was much more impactful than I expected. You might think, what can really happen in under an hour? But thanks to Jocelyne’s thoughtful and focused approach, I walked away with a lot. I came in with a specific coaching case that I needed support on. Jocelyne helped me look at it from different angles, worked through the blocks I was facing, and together we explored realistic options. What made the session even more valuable was that it didn’t stop with just that one case, I left with insights that I know will help me grow as a coach in the long run. I’m really grateful for that time and would gladly recommend Jocelyne to any coach looking for meaningful, down-to-earth supervision, even if it’s just for one session.”
Natalia Ryabova, Global L&D Manager (Germany), May 2025

Usa Suayroop, Executive Coach (Thailand), May 2025
“Jocelyne has been instrumental in my growth as an Executive Director. Her wise and thoughtful coaching helped me better understand my strengths, but also my frustrations and challenges. Jocelyne has a strong sense of integrity and the ability to nurture integrity in others, which helped me see where my actions might be out of sync with the leader I wanted to be. As well as being a skilled coach, Jocelyne is a strong facilitator and helped our organization navigate strategic planning activities with great success.”
Stacy Ashton, Executive Director, Crisis Centre BC and Chair, BC Crisis Line, (Canada), April 2025
“Working with Jocelyne in Coaching Supervision offered me a scaffold that supported me in my continued growth as a coach. As I’m newer in my coaching journey, I had a belief that Coaching Supervision might be reserved for more experienced practitioners. In getting an opportunity to work with Jocelyne however, I learned that it’s actually especially valuable for newer coaches.
Jocelyne created a space that felt both grounded and expansive. Her thoughtful, incisive questions brought the focus back to me as a way to contextualize the challenge I was navigating. Her presence and guidance helped me build confidence and insight. I’m incredibly grateful for the chance to work with her at this stage of my development, and I imagine I’ll be returning to her support again and again in the future.”
Aniela Larson, Leadership Coach and Facilitator, InspirImpact, (Canada), April 2025
“Jocelyne is a talented coaching supervisor. I found my sessions with her to be a welcoming and safe reflecting space for me to connect more deeply with my being and doing in the role of coach. Every session delivered a number of fresh insights that I found valuable for myself and for my clients by extension. Jocelyne has a special ability to bring in questions, feedback and exercises that differ from what I would normally gravitate to, thereby expanding my perspective and understanding of the situation in question. I especially valued her use of systemic and somatic lenses in our coaching supervision sessions.”
Olga Netchaeva, Executive Development Coach, Next Challenge Coaching, (Canada), 2025
“Coach supervision with Jocelyne was exactly the conversation I didn’t know I needed! I was reaching the point as an Executive Coach where I felt myself wanting to grow and stretch both myself and my approach. Working with Jocelyne, I was able to explore my presence as a coach, dig deeper to understand which strengths I wanted to keep and demonstrate, and which areas I wanted to adjust. I found courage, and felt excitement, to try something different.
The value of the coaching supervision was that I could explore and understand the drivers I felt for personal change with an experienced coach who knew just how to guide me through my thinking. Something happened that I didn’t expect: I started to see myself as a human, and understand needs that I might bring to a coaching session. And I learned how to hold those needs gently to make sure the space is made for my clients and how to still be myself as a human. It was such a pleasure to be able to talk in a safe space about who I be as a coach.”
Lisa Jackson, Executive Director and Internal Executive Coach, Environment Emergency Management, Government of Alberta, (Canada), March 2025
“I had the opportunity to work with Jocelyne over several sessions as I worked on my executive leadership course. Jocelyne was always present, professional, empathetic and insightful, often asking questions I hadn’t thought of before. She was excellent at understanding my challenges and the goals I was hoping to achieve, and would guide me in figuring out how to get to where I wanted to be. I was impressed that I could learn something valuable that was tangible after each session. I highly recommend Jocelyne to anyone looking for a coach who leaves you feeling empowered and confident. I really appreciate and benefitted from her coaching and support.”
Mami Parsons, Vice-President, Gravity Union, (Canada), November 2024
“I worked with Jocelyne while completing the LEAD 890 course: Executive Leadership Program from Simon Fraser University. Based on where I was in my career, I felt she was the best fit for my needs…and she did not disappoint! I met with Jocelyne on four separate occasions. During each meeting, I found she was really easy to talk to, had the ability to really listen to what I was sharing and thoughtfully responded with either follow-up questions or feedback. Through these conversations, I was able to reflect on what my leadership goals were and how I was going to achieve them. Jocelyne provided me with valuable insight that has helped in immeasurable ways.”
Michelle Roh, Director, Investigations, Alberta Teaching Profession Commission, (Canada), July 2024
“I had the privilege of Jocelyne supporting me in my new role, as well as two teams that I oversaw during one of the most challenging restructures the Society had ever seen. Her approach was collaborative and assertive, and she addressed each and every person involved with honesty and integrity, with the hope of creating a space where each person could claim accountability, awareness, and acceptance to their part. She was professional, while being real, and has the ability to read the room, helping to keep people in the moment.”
Deborah Olynyk, Director of Residential Services, Intellectual Development Services, (Canada), April 2024
“My conversations with Jocelyne were more impactful than I ever could have imagined. She helped me identify solutions within myself through probing questions and active listening. Because she led me to find my own solutions, I take pride and ownership in ensuring I implement the changes that she helped me see are needed. I’ve never had someone hear and see me as intently as she did; the power of that simple act brought me to tears several times. She empowered me by showing me to I have the strength to identify and overcome my own issues, and that I am in control of my destiny.”
Karen Wilke, Project Director, The Nature Conservancy, (USA), March 2024
“As a Global Shaper, an initiative of the World Economic Forum of Young Leaders, I had the opportunity to have Jocelyne as my coach during a 6-months coaching program. Working with Jocelyne has been a life changing experience. She was empathetic, a good listener, and shared excellent tools, and the coaching process was perfectly aligned with a new leadership role I assumed. Jocelyne helped me gain more confidence, and identify my limiting beliefs and how to tackle them. Coaching allowed me to create a plan and a map to follow while exploring my next steps and how to achieve my goals while career transitioning. It also allowed me to change the narrative and story I tell myself and to be more confident in my role during stressful times and gain awareness of the importance of finding a balance between being flexible and being organized. With Jocelyne I found a non-judge mental space, a space for self-discovery, reflection. I am forever grateful to Jocelyne for her constant support and positive impact in my professional and personal life.”

As a young professional, she really uplifted me to apply my strengths across global affairs, the non- profit sector, and humanitarianism. As I took on new leadership challenges, I knew she was always rooting for my success and worked with me to build on it to create positive change in my organizations and in the lives of others. I couldn’t recommend Jocelyne more for leadership coaching.”

“Jocelyne Hamel led our leadership team in a team coaching exercise over a period of 6 months. Our goal was to work on a shared vision and ways of working. We wanted to become a cohesive, less siloed team. Jocelyne led us through a series of workshops where we came together, learned about each other and built trust to have respectful and honest conversations. Jocelyne has an open, empathetic and honest way of leading teams. She allows for reflection, dialogue and input. We were so happy to have experienced working with Jocelyne and have recommended her to our entire organization.”

“Thank you so much for the time and effort that you put in for the oral health program team building. That time and space were certainly one of the big highlights of the week and I am grateful to you for your excellent facilitation.”
Sakshi Sharma, Manager, Oral Health, First Nations Health Authority, September 2022
“My experience with the Leadership Academy can be described as beyond my expectations. I was not sure how these group learning sessions would work when we were all online and with the coaches in a different province. I engaged with much scepticism, wondering how this unknown would help the other non-profit leaders, and myself in particular. These doubts faded after our second session where there was group, individual and team work. I quickly realised that Jocelyne is highly skilled at what she does; the sessions were carefully planned and prepared, she kept on time and gave assignments according to what was learnt to ensure that we retained the lessons. In addition, there were practice assignments to ensure that the learning was practical and repeatable.
There was also one on one coaching, which was super impactful. Honestly, I did not know that I needed this independent voice that had no ulterior motive but just to help me be better. Jocelyne walked me through a very pivotal career decision and helped me to recognize my strengths and also my limitations. My most valuable lesson is the power of listening without judgement! Just listening. I am grateful to Jocelyne and Reframe Insight for these few months. I look forward with great anticipation to the time when we will be together again.”
Denese Diheile, Board Member, Global Family Community Centre, September 2022
“Jocelyne is a phenomenal coach – as she will tell you herself, she coaches the “whole person” such that you can get a more holistic understanding of your limiting beliefs and strategies to tackle them to make progress towards your goals. She has an impressive toolkit of activities and exercises to help you see the core element of a struggle and will gently mentor you towards solutions. I approached Jocelyne because I am at a turning point in my career and wanted to think about how to transition my research group from “start-up” mode to a more mature state that is self-sufficient and supportive. Working with Jocelyne gave me the confidence I needed to put some of my ideas around this into practice, and I feel so much better having put this work into my research leadership. I will remember Jocelyne for a long time, and can confidently say she has had a lasting and positive impact on me and my working environment.”
Naomi Zimmerman, Assistant Professor, UBC, Department of Mechanical Engineers, May 2022
“For me, there has been a before and after in my personal and professional lives once I started the coaching sessions with Jocelyne. When she walked with me on my journey, she helped me to reflect about my circumstances, my thoughts, my feelings and let me see them from an outside perspective and with an objective lens. Furthermore, with these reflections I realized what I had already achieved in my life and it encouraged me to act with more empowerment and confidence.”
Sylbia Raquel Menegazzo, Asociada de Salud y Seguridad, Gestión Social y Ambiental, UNOPS Guatemala, March 2022
“My coaching experience with Jocelyne allowed me the time and space to do the deep thinking that I needed to approach a challenge in a thoughtful, measured, and strategic way. Oftentimes, we go, go, go without pausing to think through alternative routes, building the relationships needed to be successful, and incorporating feedback. This can be a natural reaction, as we want to push forward to achieve our goals but creating space for reflection, planning, and conversation can lead to better outcomes in the end. Jocelyne guided me through what has been going well, what I could have done better, and how I could improve my work to make everyone involved feel more valued, more engaged, and happier with their efforts as well.
Throughout our coaching relationship, Jocelyne made sure to ask how I was feeling about our approach, my progress, and her performance. Jocelyne was always prepared, endlessly encouraging, and consistently pushing me to the right direction. It was a delight to meet Jocelyne and to have her as my coach.”
“I met Jocelyne through LinkedIn during a time where I felt the need to make changes in my life, but wasn’t sure where to start. I didn’t feel that my days were filled with the things that brought me the most joy or satisfaction. I decided a career shift was what I needed most. Jocelyne helped guide me with her gentle prompting, thoughtful musing, and a few templates and exercises to help keep me focused. She took time to celebrate my successes; and offered the opportunity to explore the things that got in the way. I looked forward to our time together. Jocelyne was a wonderful, patient partner, and thoughtful guide. And yes, I did pivot in my career, which brought with it a sense of order, and new beginnings in the other elements in my life. I highly recommend Jocelyne to anyone seeking sincere contemplation, introspection, and inner peace.”
“Jocelyne is an excellent coach who approaches each session with kindness, compassion, and presence. She has an amazing ability to sift through what you say and get right to the root of an issue, and she will really challenge you, if you let her! I’ve come away from each session with a better understanding of myself, as well as strategies and practices to carry forward with me to support both my personal and professional growth.”
“Before we worked with Jocelyne, my branch’s management team faced the challenge of building a strategic plan that was majorly different from our previous vision and goals. We wanted to build it in a collaborative way that truly integrated the diverse work and people from our four different sections. We were committed to the vision of being “a team, not teams,” but were not sure how to get there. Over seven months, Jocelyne worked with our management team. She thoroughly built out her understanding of our current state and challenges before moving to discussions of the future state. She thoughtfully diagnosed our own management team’s issues and asked the right questions to assist us in identifying how we’d work effectively together. She had no defined end product in mind; she left it to us to create and analyze and refine our strategic plan objectives and goals. She was patient, positive, listened to us, and at times challenged us to innovate in areas where she could objectively see we needed to focus.
Jocelyne also coached me individually which was a positive and productive experience for me as the new leader of the branch. She encouraged me to think conceptually and in metaphors when I was stuck in a more logical thought process, which helped me get past mental hurdles. I trusted her completely as a coach and as a facilitator. She was always mentally present, emotionally in touch with the conversations we had and professional. I attribute our branch’s success in launching a new vision, mission and goals to Jocelyne’s skill and perseverance. Our management team has built stronger relationships and connections with each other and our work. We are all proud of our strategic plan. I am grateful to Jocelyne for getting us to this place of confidence and commitment.”
“Jocelyne is caring, soft, empathic and gets edgy quite subtly – but when she gets there, she is assertive and makes one feel supported and held. She is structured in her approach, and her experience and ease at carrying impactful communication is just inspiring. I look forward to her for future coaching support.”
“I had the opportunity of having six coaching sessions with Jocelyne. She helped me get to know myself better, as well as my intentions, weaknesses and strengths. She helped me manage my emotions and take control of my reactions. I recommend Jocelyne to everyone seeking growth in their career as well as any personal matter. I would love to have more sessions with this amazing woman and coach in the future.”
“With the onset of the pandemic, Jocelyne re-developed her presentations from in-person to an online format and they are excellent. Jocelyne’s presentation style is engaging, rewarding and enjoyable. Jocelyne’s coaching style is very supportive, non-intrusive and communicative – a refreshing change.”
“Jocelyne was my first executive coach. Her attentiveness and warmth were calming all while ensuring my accountability. Jocelyne helped me achieve self-driven change and establish achievable goals for continual improvement.”
“I encountered Jocelyne at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, at a time when leadership felt especially challenging. Over 7 coaching sessions, Jocelyne engaged with me to discuss my leadership practise and help me identify strategies for guiding the organization through the storm. She challenged me to reflect on my existing style and to identify powerful shifts I could make within myself to build my own resilience and efficacy. Jocelyne listened deeply and was intuitive of when to challenge my thinking. She was respectful in offering a different point of view, asking first if I would like to hear it. Our work together helped me grow my leadership capacity and left me feeling more confident in navigating an unprecedented time for the organization.”
Dawn Hein, CEO, Mission Association for Community Living, September 2020
“I started my managerial journey a number of years ago and I felt that I already had a good handle on how to manage others. Given the opportunity to work with Jocelyne, her challenging questions and insightful honesty have not only enabled me to broaden my management style but to also reflect on myself and how I present to others. I have learned to take a more curious approach to my interactions with others, and through the many techniques Jocelyne has taught me, I feel more equipped to help and support the team around me. My discussions with Jocelyne have been a powerful and enlightening experience that will continue to have a lasting effect on me in reaching my goals.”
Scott Boylan, Transit Supervisor, West Vancouver Municipal Transit, September 2020

She is thoughtful and pulls from her own leadership background to provide nuanced and tailored sessions.”

“Our organization contracted with Jocelyne to provide three workshops for our leaders. COVID-19 had a tremendous impact on our organization, and we wanted to re-group, engage and support our management team to develop resiliency and lead their teams through the uncertainty of a global pandemic. Jocelyne facilitated well-organized Zoom workshops that included time to reflect, meet in small groups, share thoughts and ideas through the chat feature and look towards the future. Jocelyne’s calm energy put the participants at ease and encouraged sharing and vulnerability. The strategies discussed were very relevant and informative. We received positive feedback from the participants and they especially appreciated being able to share their experiences in a facilitated manner. The strategies discussed will help to guide the managers as we move in to the possibility of a second wave.”

She offered support and worked with me to help find clarity through some stressful situations and movement within my job position. Being able to talk with someone that is unbiased, honest, and has nothing to gain but your success and achievements was very refreshing and rewarding for me. I could feel from the very start that Jocelyne was someone I could count on for honest feedback, to hold me accountable, and come from a place of understanding. I really enjoyed my time working with Jocelyne and feel like I am a better person, supervisor, and employee for it. If you sit on the fence about whether you should or shouldn’t access coaching, I would suggest you do.”
Becky Majoor, Pacific Community Resources Society, January 2020
“We have been working with Jocelyne for well over one year now, and in a few capacities. We hired her for a very specific need for one-to-one coaching to assist with leadership development for a key role. We also worked with her to assist with team building and leadership training within a group setting. I have found her to be fearless, and not afraid of asking the hard questions, and doing the deep dive. Jocelyne listens ‘hard’ to how and what people are saying. She doesn’t cut corners and she doesn’t just skim the surface. She does the hard work. She listens, and she asks. She gets to the root of issue, and when it gets uncomfortable, she makes everyone in the room feel respected, listened to, and safe. She brings out the best in people, and she knows how to get to everyone’s ‘best’. I have nothing but praise for Jocelyne and her work, and she has helped me immensely to become a better leader and for my team to grow and to feel safe while being vulnerable. She’s smart and she’s thoughtful, and above all, incredibly discreet, professional, and respectful of privacy and confidentiality. I would highly recommend her.”
Donna Wadsworth, Head Honcho, Savoury City Catering, January 2020

My coaching relationship with Jocelyne established a strong foundation as I took on the increased responsibility and pressure of the Executive Director role. Working with Jocelyne helped me gain confidence in my leadership skills and cultivate the courage and self-awareness to achieve the next level in my new role. She’s warm and approachable, but confronting and direct as you learn, set goals, and challenge yourself to follow through. My coaching sessions were a non-judgemental space for exploration of alternatives while receiving honest feedback. I came away from the process feeling that I had confronted barriers and gained new understandings. I’m motivated and inspired for the next steps on my career path and committed to the ongoing work of being a leader. Jocelyne is extremely professional and clearly invested in seeing her clients succeed. She works with passion, integrity, and commitment as she utilizes her extensive knowledge and expertise to engage in a process of transformation. It’s a lot of work, but if you’re up for it, the rewards far outweigh the difficulties.”

Over three months of weekly coaching calls, we reframed my professional goals and priorities and implemented some important changes to how I work day to day that are still serving me well. If you are looking for an insightful, compassionate, and focused career coach, I highly recommend Jocelyne.”
Allison Dunnet, Senior Planner, Affordable Housing, City of Vancouver, July 2018
“My coaching experience with Jocelyne was exactly what I needed. I was able to gain confidence and self-assurance in the work I am doing by learning to trust my instincts and take pride in my work. Jocelyne was easy to talk to, and she used discussion, guided exploration, gentle questioning, and a bit of humor to help me to explore some of the challenges I was having, and to make me accountable for any changes taking place. Although I was a bit hesitant at first, this coaching experience was truly transformational for me. Thank you Jocelyne.”
Jutta Wykpis, Pacific Community Resources Society, July 2018
James Nardella, President and Chief Operating Officer, Last Mile Health, (Global – Africa/USA), May 2025
“Jocelyne is a kind and conscientious coach who created a space for reflection and the opportunity I required to set steps for transition in my life. I recommend her as a supportive coach!”
Michelle De Groot, Vice President, Policy, Planning and Strategic Services, First Nations Health Authority, (Canada), May 2025
“Jocelyne has been instrumental in my growth as an Executive Director.
Karina Gabela Ramires, Director of Special Economic Zones and Free Zones, Ministerio de Producción, Comercio Exterior, Inversiones y Pesca (Ecuador), December 2023

Her skill in facilitating reflective exercises and insightful discussions helped me explore new perspectives and make a pivotal career transition—from non-profit CEO to entrepreneur. Jocelyne’s coaching was instrumental in helping me navigate this change, providing a non-judgmental space for self-reflection and decision-making. For anyone facing leadership challenges or career transitions, Jocelyne’s guidance is invaluable. Thank you, Jocelyne, for your exceptional support and impact on my life.”
Fabianna Alexander, Social Impact Consultant (Barbados), July 2023
“I had the pleasure of having Jocelyne as my leadership coach through The WILD Network.
Cassie Hermiston-Boyd, Evacuate our Allies, (USA), February 2023
“Jocelyne Hamel led our leadership team in a team coaching exercise over a period of 6 months. Our goal was to work on a shared vision and ways of working. We wanted to become a cohesive, less siloed team. Jocelyne led us through a series of workshops where we came together, learned about each other and built trust to have respectful and honest conversations. Jocelyne has an open, empathetic and honest way of leading teams. She allows for reflection, dialogue and input. We were so happy to have experienced working with Jocelyne and have recommended her to our entire organization.”
Masami Tomioka, Director, Vancouver Youth Services, Pacific Community Resources Society, January 2023
“I had the opportunity to work with Jocelyne over the last year and in that time, I’ve gained new strategies on reframing limiting beliefs and best practices on team empowerment. Jocelyne brings professionalism, deep listening, and clear strategies that shine in our one-on-one coaching sessions. She is thoughtful and pulls from her own leadership background to provide nuanced and tailored sessions.”
Gabby Korcheva, Senior Manager, ISSofBC, September 2020
“What I valued most with my coaching conversations with Jocelyne was her encouragement to reconsider complex situations through a lens of appreciative inquiry and lean into the discomfort. Both her words and her silence helped me unpack and untangle individual and organizational leadership challenges and helped ground my decision-making.”
Bea David, Division Manager, ISSofBC, September 2020

Kalpesh Raichura, Co-Founder, Connect Quotient Management Consulting, Pune, India, September 2020
“One of our challenges as organizational leaders is to really understand how others you work with perceive you. With Jocelyne leading a Narrative 360, I have a better idea of what those perceptions are and where I need to grow to support our organization. Jocelyne has the fine ability to challenge me while I feel supported by her at the same time. Great to work with her!”
Murray Mollard, Executive Director, North Shore Community Resources, August 2020
“I was fortunate to have Jocelyne as my coach while completing the Executive Leadership Course at SFU. Having not worked with a coach before, it was a huge benefit to be gifted the time I had with her. Working with Jocelyne, I felt heard and understood. In every session she helped me to tap into my knowledge and expertise to work through the challenge or opportunity I had brought forward. After the sessions I always felt energized and equipped with the next steps, and some new tools, that I needed to move forward. She has a kind, comforting presence that instills confidence and creates a safe space to share. All of this created a very meaninful experience. Thank you so much for your support.”
Katrina Bepple, Executive Director, Chilliwack Division of Family Practice, June 2020
“Jocelyne has supported me in many ways: from being a mentor and a coach as I was exercising my first high level leadership role; to being a key resource person in helping me in my decision-making processes; to supporting me personally as a friend in how to maintain a balance between a busy family life and working with vulnerable populations. I will always be grateful to her for her contribution to my personal development, both as a leader and in my personal life.”
Tanniar Leba, Vice-President, TansInvest, May 2020
“I have benefitted from Jocelyne’s coaching for just under a year. Through sponsorship from my employer, she was brought on to develop and improve my management style with conflict management and employee relationship building. The tools and techniques that Jocelyne shared with me have allowed me to grow and advance within my field.”
Mathew Koyanagi, Chef, February 2020
“I never thought about accessing a coaching program before I was offered the opportunity through my position at a non-profit agency. I am glad I did, it was a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed working with Jocelyne – every session was worth the time and commitment it took.

“Being supported by Jocelyne is a rare opportunity to work with an accomplished, well-regarded leader that has done the work and provides unique insight into leadership challenges. She draws on a wealth of experience to coach her clients as they achieve their potential. Her approach was collaborative and assertive, and she addressed each and every person involved with honesty and integrity, with the hope of creating a space where each person could claim accountability, awareness, and acceptance to their part.

“Thank you so much for the time and effort that you put in for the oral health program team building. That time and space were certainly one of the big highlights of the week and I am grateful to you for your excellent facilitation.”
Sakshi Sharma, Manager, Oral Health, First Nations Health Authority, September 2022
Shannon Crofton, Acting Executive Director, Richmond Society for Community Living, September 2020

I will always be grateful to her for her contribution to my personal development, both as a leader and in my personal life.”
